A. Just download the Best Seller program onto your hard drive, install it and double-click on the Best Seller icon. There is a small form to fill out and we will send a downlown link. The PDF manual is available on the download page.

Q. Do I need internet to use the Best Seller?
A. No if you are not using credit card processing.
Yes, to process credit cards you will need an internet connection, or a phone line. If you are worried about one of your employee's spending the day browsing the internet and downloading viruses to your computer there are several programs available at no cost to prevent them from doing that.

A. No, all your inventory, setup and clients you enter will not be removed.
Q. What hardware do I need to run Best Seller?
A. (Computers and Windows) We have tested Best Seller on Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. Best Seller should run on older versions of Windows but we cannot say you will be happy with the speed of the software.
Best Seller works with inkjet, or laser printers. 40 column printers are supported for invoices.
Best Seller works with or without or barcode reader.
Best Seller supports cash drawers installed in 40 column printers or an MS-Cash drawer with serial interface.
Q. Do you sell hardware?
A. We do provide hardware if you are interested. You do not need to buy hardware from us, but the hardware we sell has all been tested with our software.
Q. Will the downloaded version work with a network?
A. Yes, it is multi-user network ready and the setup is easy. Put Best Seller on the host and, using the Windows built-in networking, share the host C:\bestsell folder on the network. Go to each workstation and use Windows Explorer to map the host drive as Drive Z:. Now use Windows Explorer to create a Shortcut pointing to WVID.EXE on the host. That's all! If you want faster operation on the network you can install the program on all your machines and change the shortcut properties so the start in line reads z:. This way only the data is bought through the network instead of all the program files.

A. When you chose to purchase you can have your license key right away.
VMT now uses its Video Register program with a 2nd video card and monitor for a full color pole display. It is compatible with a pole display that is E-Max compatible and plugs into the serial port.
