Quotes

Creates quotes on the POS screen. When you are ready to sell the quoted items just process the transaction. You can remove the items all at once with one button.

Inventory

Inventory can be set for Simple or Detailed. Using detailed inventory use can set quality breaks and up to four customer pricing levels.

Serial numbers can be tracked on any inventory item.

Scheduling

Scheduling can be used for technicians to make appointments for work being done.

History

Maintains computer history of what was sold and what work was done for the customer.

E-Email (HTML Leditor optional in small version)

E-mail HTML or text email messages to your customers. HTML E-mail allows graphics for specials or for effect. Best Seller point of sale comes with our Leditor E-mail software allowing you to send emails to one customer, a group of customers, or all customers. We have auto select features for choosing high or low activity customers, birthday customers and more. You can also E-mail invoices to your customers. (all E-mail functions require internet and a E-mail account that would work from your computer)

Best Seller has security that works with user passwords to give you control of what your employee s are able to do in the software.

Invoices

Print invoices to a ink jet, laser, or 40 column USB receipt printer. Best Seller comes with several invoice types, and with the standard report writer many invoices can be customized .

Time Clock and Employee Scheduling (optional in small version)

Best Seller can track employee hours and scheduling of employee s that can be printed and posted.

Backup

A backup program comes standard with Best Seller. Backups are in standard zip format for easy access. Our backup program creates seven consecutive days before overwriting your data. Should you backup data that's damaged you can fall back to the next day minimizing data loss.

Gift Card System

Our POS software has a complete Gift Card system built in. Version 9.2 is our first version to include gift cards. Gift cards can be checked to see their balance, loaded using a simple card reader, and split transactions can be used when the card balance is used up. Gift cards are available from VMT Software.
